Bubtopin Refund and Returns Policy

At Bubtopin, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process. Below, you’ll find all the details about how our returns and refunds work.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return items purchased from Bubtopin within 30 days from the date you receive the product. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and manuals.
  • You must have a valid proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

Non-returnable items include:

  • Products that have been opened or used (unless defective).
  • Items purchased as part of a final sale or clearance sale.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at info@bubtopin.com or call (931) 326-0542. Provide your order details and request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  2. Package the Product: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including any accessories or instructions. Write the RA number on the return package.
  3. Ship the Return: Send the item back to the following address:

  4. Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for the return shipping fees unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Bubtopin is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. The refund will include the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling fees.

  • Refund processing can take 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds are issued in the original form of payment (e.g., credit/debit card, PayPal).
  • If you received free shipping as part of a promotion, the actual shipping cost may be deducted from your refund if the total order value drops below the minimum required for free shipping.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund based on your preference.

To process a damaged or defective item return:

  • Please attach photos of the damaged or defective product to expedite the return process.

Note: Returns for defective items are free of charge, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
